For users with a paid LiveSet account (BASIC or PRO), it is possible to share your songs with the community.
A publicly shared song becomes accessible:
- In the public library, to any LiveSet user (registered or not)
- On the Internet, to any user, whether they have the app or not. It has a unique URL that you can share freely.
Prerequisites
To be able to publish a song, you need:
- To have a LiveSet account with a BASIC or PRO plan.
- To have defined your public profile in the app (this will allow people interested in your score to see who published it).
To define your public profile, choose the Public profile option from the menu at the top right:
LiveSet will then ask you to enter some information that will be shared with your songs:
You can edit your profile at any time.
Publishing a song
To publish a song from your library, swipe it to the right (as you would to export it), and choose Publish to public library.
Once the operation is complete, LiveSet makes your score available in the public library and stores its direct URL in your clipboard, so you can paste it wherever you like.
Note: You remain the "owner" of a publicly published song. Other users cannot overwrite or modify it, but you can overwrite it with a new version whenever you want.
Note 2: Only scores in the native LiveSet format can be shared, not imported images or PDFs.
